HELPING PUBLIC DATA SPEAK MORE CLEARLY - What do we truly understand about the communities we live in, what inspires us to invest the effort to become informed, and how does better understanding help us constructively engage those we task with meeting our needs? Why should it matter?

We launched this effort at the 2016 GEOCODE event working with local organizations to explore what CIVIC AWARENESS can be, and how advanced visualization can play a meaningful, practical role.
